SimplyEdit includes software derived from OpenCut. OpenCut is an independent open-source project. Its authors do not operate, endorse, sponsor, or provide support for SimplyEdit.

The OpenCut software bundled with this project is provided under the MIT License reproduced below. This notice concerns the software licence only; SimplyEdit's hosted accounts, billing, cloud services, and support are governed by the SimplyEdit Terms of Service.
